Speciality Linens was founded as a subsidiary of Rentaplate Ltd in 1988.

As a company we have been at the forefront of the luxury linen rental market for over 20 years and, during that period we have been the innovators of many of todays most popular banqueting products.

Amongst our many innovations, we count the following as our greatest achievements so far,

We were the FIRST in the UK to launch,

  • The Rental Round tablecloth (1985) Round cloths for round tables
  • The Banqueting Chair Cover (1990)
  • A Coloured Linen Hire Range (1984)
  • A Spot hire (one off) Commercial Linen Service (1985)
  • A fully comprehensive Chair Cover Brochure ‘Chair Couture’ (2004)
